Valuation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow models, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, option pricing, and other advanced techniques
• Develop and apply innovative analytical approaches to address complex financial challenges
• Support business development initiatives within the M&A, valuation, and bankruptcy practice
• Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of junior team members

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise and practical experience in valuation methodologies and their applications
• Extensive valuation experience across multiple industries, gained through roles in investment banking, economic consulting, private equity, or similar fields
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial analyses effectively and independently manage projects while mentoring junior professionals
• Deep understanding of capital markets, corporate securities, and complex legal documents.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and statistical analysis
• An advanced degree in business, economics, or a related field (e.g., a master’s degree).
