Consultant (Energy, Water & Infrastructure)

An international consultancy with deep expertise across the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors is expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia. With a strong technical foundation and decades of collective experience, the team supports both public and private organisations from strategy development through to implementation.

Following several new contract wins, the firm is establishing a dedicated KSA-based team. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious practice at an early stage, with the chance to shape delivery, build client relationships, and contribute to long-term success in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design operating models and transformation programmes
• Support strategy development around market entry, value creation, and partnerships
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and support restructuring initiatives
• Lead project workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong client engagement
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and delivery frameworks

Key Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field (postgraduate or MBA preferred)
• Consulting experience, ideally within the energy, water, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to produce structured reports, models, and presentations
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
