An established global Am Law 50 full-service law firm is seeking to expand its Labor and Employment practice. The firm advises a diverse client base ranging from multinational corporations to high-growth businesses, supporting them on complex legal, regulatory and commercial matters.

Role
This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of employment matters, supporting both contentious and advisory work for a diverse client base including corporates, financial institutions and multinational organisations.
You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex and often high-profile matters, while also gaining exposure to direct client interaction and responsibility for key workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employment litigation matters, including drafting motions, managing discovery and preparing cases for hearing or trial
- Assist with fact investigations, evidence analysis and deposition preparation
- Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues, policies and regulatory compliance
- Draft employment agreements, policies and internal documentation
- Conduct legal research and produce clear, structured analysis
- Work closely with senior lawyers on complex and often high-profile matters
- Collaborate across practice areas on multi-disciplinary mandates
Key Skills
- Qualified lawyer admitted and in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
- Mid-level associate with hands-on experience across employment litigation and advisory matters, including managing key stages of cases
- Exposure to employment litigation, including managing key stages such as discovery, motions and case preparation
- Familiarity with advising on a range of employment issues, including workplace policies, disputes and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- Strong academic background
