A growing economic consultancy is looking for a Consultant to join its litigation support team. Specialising in intellectual property and commercial disputes, the firm advises legal teams on cases involving patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets.

Role

You’ll lead workstreams, manage junior analysts, and contribute to expert reports. Projects involve complex financial modelling, damage quantification, and delivering clear, evidence-based insights to support legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial and economic damages analysis
  • Manage small teams and review technical outputs
  • Prepare exhibits and support expert testimony
  • Communicate findings clearly to legal and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development and case strategy

Key Skills

  • Degree in economics, finance, or related field
  • Prior consulting, litigation support, or financial advisory experience
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with IP-related cases preferred
  • CPA desirable
  • Must have the right to work in the US (sponsorship is not avaiable for this role)
