A professional services consultancy is seeking a Manager to join its Forensic, Litigation and Disputes team. This role is open across multiple U.S. locations and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact disputes across a range of industries and matter types.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with engagement leadership, client-facing experience, and a collaborative approach to team development. This position is suited to an experienced forensic or litigation support professional looking to take on broader responsibility while remaining closely involved in technical delivery.

Role

The Manager will lead forensic and dispute advisory engagements, overseeing project execution, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of high-quality work product. Working alongside senior leadership, the role involves hands-on analysis, team leadership, and contribution to practice growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage forensic accounting and dispute advisory engagements from planning through delivery
  • Oversee financial, valuation, damages, and investigative analyses on complex matters
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients and legal counsel on assigned engagements
  • Support expert witness work, including report preparation and deposition or trial support
  • Review and assess opposing expert analyses and methodologies
  • Contribute to practice development and business development initiatives
  • Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and project economics
  • Mentor and develop managers, seniors, and junior team members
  • Ensure deliverables meet high professional and quality standards

Key Skills

  • Extensive experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, valuation, or consulting
  • Strong experience developing and evaluating damages models and theories
  • Background in expert report preparation, investigations, and/or business valuations
  • Experience supporting or providing expert testimony in depositions or trial preferred
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFE, CMA, CFA, CIA and/or valuation credentials
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
