Role

The role of Retail and Services Sector Lead involves spearheading growth in one of the most dynamic client segments. This Partner-level position sits within the Consumer and Manufacturing go-to-market team and reports to the Digital & Data leadership. Responsibilities include setting and executing the digital strategy for the sector, deepening C-suite relationships, and leading business development and strategic client growth initiatives.

Salary

  • £160,000 – £200,000 base
  • Uncapped bonus potential – up to £200,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Retail & Services digital strategy aligned to organisational goals
  • Lead client acquisition and development of high-growth B2B and B2C accounts
  • Drive revenue growth and oversee delivery of digital and data transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with technology partners (e.g. cloud hyperscalers) to enhance sector capabilities
  • Lead complex delivery engagements across CX, AI, data, and digital platforms
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and delivery team (~20 senior leaders)

Requirements

  • Deep industry knowledge across Retail and Services, with a strong client network
  • Proven track record of generating and scaling digital consulting revenue
  • Experience leading digital transformations involving platforms, CX, AI, and cloud technologies
  • Strong leadership in both delivery and strategic client engagement
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, digital platforms, and immersive tech.
  • Passion for talent development and team building
