Resourcer (Economics)

We are looking for a Resourcer to support our Directors and Consultants in the delivery of executive searches and contingency based projects. As well as having an option to take ownership for a range of clients, you will be conducting market mapping exercises and building long lists of candidates for a variety of searches and keeping clients up to date with our results. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with our recruitment consultants
  • Database Management: Maintain our candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. 
  • Managing candidate processes:  Managing candidate and client schedules, coordinating interviews, and handling correspondence
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to support informed decision-making

Required experience

To be considered, you will:

  • Have at least an undergraduate degree and demonstrate a keen interest in pursuing a career in executive search
  • Minimum of 6 months recruitment experience 
  • Be capable of communicating with inviduals at all levels 
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are desirable 
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and demanding environment
